Return/Refund Policy
The Tack Shack has the right to decline the refund or exchange of goods purchased. No exchange shall be considered without Proof of Purchase. Accepted refunds will be applied to a Gift Card for you to use at your convenience.
Deliveries/Courier
Courier and postage fees are charged to the client at cost. This service is non-refundable. Delivery cost for order return requests are made at the clients own cost and replacement goods are only exchanged once initial items are received by The Tack Shack in original packaging in "re-sale" condition.
